Our Wood Fired Pizza starts with our tried and true dough recipe that delivers a fluffy inside and a light crisp outside. We source from local California farms and businesses. Our Flour blends are from Spain and Italy
Our oven burns local oak and the temperature reaches just over 700 degrees Pizzas take just under 2 minutes to cook. All event sizes from intimate elopements to events of 600+ guests can be served in an efficient manner. It's truly dinner and a show.
